Refund policy

14-day right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving the goods.

If your order contains several items that are delivered separately, the 14-day withdrawal period begins when you receive the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us clearly of your decision before the withdrawal period expires. You can submit a return or cancellation request through the electronic return and cancellation function in your customer account, or contact us by email at info@oxainnovations.com.

You may also withdraw from your order before it has been shipped.

Simply returning a product or failing to collect a delivery does not, by itself, constitute notice of withdrawal.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the product without undue delay and no later than 14 days after giving us notice of withdrawal.

Please include your order number or other information that allows us to identify your purchase.

Condition of returned products

You may inspect and handle the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

You are responsible only for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect and evaluate it.

Original packaging is not required in order to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal. However, where possible, we recommend using the original packaging or other suitable protective packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.

Return shipping costs

When exercising your 14-day right of withdrawal because you have changed your mind or no longer want the product, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the product to us.

If the product is defective, damaged during delivery, or you received a product different from what you ordered, please contact us at info@oxainnovations.com before returning it. In these cases, OXA innovations will provide return instructions and cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

Damaged, defective or non-conforming products

Please inspect your order after receiving it and contact us as soon as reasonably possible if the product is defective, damaged during delivery, different from what you ordered, or otherwise does not conform to the sales contract.

We will evaluate the issue and provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

Nothing in this Return Policy limits your statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming products.

Exchanges

If you would like a different product or model, the simplest procedure is to return the original product in accordance with this Return Policy and place a new order for the desired product.

If you are unsure which OXA product is suitable for your firearm or application, please contact us before placing the replacement order.

Refunds

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments due to you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or you have provided evidence that you have sent the product back, whichever occurs first.

If you withdraw from the entire order, we will also refund the original delivery cost up to the amount of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us. If you selected a more expensive delivery method, such as express delivery, the additional delivery cost is not refundable.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.

After we issue the refund, your bank, card issuer or payment provider may require additional time to process it and make the funds visible in your account.

Model withdrawal form

You may use our model withdrawal form to notify us of your decision to withdraw from your purchase. Use of the form is optional.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal through the electronic return and cancellation function in your customer account or by sending us another clear statement by email.
