OXA 10-YEAR WARRANTY TERMS

OXA innovations designs and manufactures products built to perform in real hunting conditions. We provide OXA products with a 10-year warranty for normal hunting use, subject to the terms below.

1. Products Covered

This warranty applies to OXA SpikePod shooting stabilizers and related accessories manufactured by OXA innovations.

The warranty begins on the original date of purchase and remains valid for ten (10) years.

The warranty follows the Product in the event of a change of ownership, provided that the original purchase date can be reliably established.

2. Warranty Coverage

OXA innovations warrants that the Product will remain functional for its intended purpose under normal hunting use for ten (10) years from the original date of purchase.

Normal hunting use includes ordinary use of the Product in hunting situations as well as ordinary shooting practice and sighting-in related to hunting.

If, during the warranty period, the Product develops a defect that prevents or materially impairs its intended function and the defect is covered by this warranty, OXA innovations will repair the Product or replace it with the same or an equivalent Product.

Approved warranty repair or replacement is provided free of charge.

3. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • normal cosmetic wear, scratches, dents, finish wear or discoloration that does not affect the function of the Product;
  • damage caused by incorrect installation or use contrary to the installation, user or maintenance instructions;
  • damage caused by misuse, negligence, accident, severe impact, dropping or excessive force;
  • damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs;
  • corrosion or other damage caused by improper storage or lack of reasonable maintenance;
  • damage caused by incompatible accessories, mounting systems or other equipment; or
  • use that materially differs from the Product's intended hunting use, including competitive shooting, practical or action shooting, military, law enforcement, security or other professional operational use, or commercial training, rental or other comparable high-frequency use.

The user's profession, employer or other personal status does not by itself affect warranty coverage. Coverage is determined by how and for what purpose the Product is actually used.

4. Making a Warranty Claim

If you believe that your Product has a defect covered by this warranty, please contact OXA innovations or the authorized OXA Reseller from whom the Product was purchased.

To process a warranty claim, we may ask you to provide:

  • evidence of the original purchase date;
  • a description of the issue;
  • photographs showing the Product and the defect; and
  • other information reasonably necessary to assess the warranty claim.

OXA innovations may request that the Product be returned for inspection. Return arrangements must be agreed before the Product is shipped. If the warranty claim is approved, reasonable shipping costs required for the warranty service will be reimbursed.

5. Repair or Replacement

For an approved warranty claim, OXA innovations will repair the Product or replace it with the same or an equivalent Product, taking into account the nature of the defect and product availability.

If the original Product, model, version, material or component is no longer available, the replacement Product or component may differ from the original.

OXA innovations is not required to reproduce discontinued Products or components.

6. Statutory Consumer Rights

This 10-year warranty is a voluntary commercial guarantee provided by OXA innovations.

Consumers are entitled by law to remedies from the seller free of charge in the event that the goods do not conform to the sales contract. This commercial guarantee is in addition to, and does not replace, restrict or otherwise affect, any statutory consumer rights available under applicable national or European Union consumer protection law.
